  • Ability to choose the LLM to use for each use case. Some models are better suited to certain tasks. Allowing the creator to choose the model allows them to target the most efficient model for the task.

  • Brand voice: You can upload documents to Infobase about your company strategy, brand guidelines, audience, product details, and FAQs for content creation.

  • Choice of working modes with the Chat interface or Workflows.

  • Access to the internet to analyze and scrape content.


Cons:

  • Workflow mode is slow. It generates a fair amount of detail and content, but the response can be lengthy and makes you wonder if it will respond. In one instance of my testing for response time, it took 12 minutes to reply to a plagiarism check on text consisting of only 284 words.

  • Help information content needs to be enhanced. You can get basic information about a topic, but then you are left to play with and try out the tools to see what works.

  • It can generate content for the targeted channel, such as Twitter, but it does not push it to Twitter.

  • If you are looking for a tool that can help you generate content from scratch and then iteratively modify it in place using generative AI tools such as grammar checker, SEO optimization, and adding new sections of text, then there are better tools for you.

  • Pricing for more than 1 seat jumps significantly compared to other comparable offerings.
